We took a trip to Colorado last week, and had a very beer-filled vacation!
There was beer for breakfast (Trippel Belgian mixed with orange juice):
Beer for dinner, half a yard tall:
Of course, there was also skiing, hiking, arcades, shopping, laughing, and crêpes. And cookies. And tacos with pork chile verde. And pineapple upside down pancakes that we devoured too quickly to take a picture of.
48 hours after departing from Colorado, I am in the beginning stages of pork chile verde withdrawal. If my sister doesn’t send me a recipe soon, I may flee the state of Minnesota and head back to the land of beer and hatch chiles.
